Edale Mountain Rescue Team

Edale Mountain Rescue Team (EMRT) operates in the Peak District National Park in Derbshire and is one of the busiest Mountain Rescue Teams in the UK.

NSAR would like to thank the SWIVEL club in Rushden for their continued support. The SWIVEL club helps charities and other community groups.


NSAR would like to thank Clapham Cave Rescue Organisation in Yorkshire for showing our team chairman around their base and providing valuable advice.
Clapham CRO (Cave Rescue Organisation ) are a group of highly trained volunteers who rescue people from caves. They also carry out Animal rescue and water rescue. NSAR is working on building up a working partnership with this group to enhance and share knowledge and skills.


NSAR would like to thank Julian at AML computers in north Buckinghamshire for helping the team with a donation of a refurbished Computer. Silverpoint outdoors have very kindly donated some LED Lanterns and head torches to NSAR. Northamptonshire Search and Rescue would like to thank Silverpoint outdoors for supporting our volunteer organisation by donating the torches which will help us with our mission to search for missing people.
